Services

Automation audit

Two-week review of existing flows, data quality, and tracking gaps. Deliverable: prioritized backlog with effort and revenue impact estimates.

Workflow implementation

End-to-end builds on Make or n8n: lead routing, lifecycle emails, product usage triggers, and sales notifications. Includes error handling and logging.

CRM & email integration

Bi-directional sync between HubSpot or Salesforce and your email platform. Field mapping, dedupe rules, and consent alignment.

LLM content pipelines

Draft personalization at scale with human approval queues, brand voice docs, and token budgets. Not unsupervised bulk generation.

Training & handoff

Live walkthroughs, written SOPs, and office hours for your ops team after go-live.

How an engagement actually runs

Every project starts with the audit, even when you arrive knowing what you want built — half the time the flow a client asks for is downstream of a data problem the audit surfaces in week one. Builds ship behind a review gate: nothing sends to a real contact until you have watched it run against test records, and every flow goes live with logging, an error alert route, and a named owner on your side. We hand over admin access and documentation as part of delivery, not as a paid extra, because an automation your team cannot modify is a liability with our name on it.

AI marketing automation for small businesses

"Small" changes the answer more than vendors admit. Below a few thousand contacts, most paid automation platforms and agency retainers — ours included — are premature: the native automations in whatever CRM or email tool you already pay for cover welcome sequences, follow-ups, and reminders, and your constraint is list size, not tooling. Where a small team does benefit is a one-time setup engagement: clean data model, consent fields done right, and two or three flows that run unattended. That is a project, not a retainer, and we scope it as one. The honest test: if a flow will not fire at least weekly at your volume, it does not need building yet.

What we decline

Cold outreach automation to purchased lists, consent workarounds, and "AI SDR" volume plays. Partly ethics, partly craft: sender reputation is a shared resource, and burning a domain for a quarter of pipeline is a bad trade we would be blamed for, correctly. If your growth model depends on those tactics we are the wrong agency, and it is cheaper for both sides to establish that on the intro call.

A note on proof

This is a new agency site, and you should notice there are no client logos or "300% ROI" claims on it. We would rather show you nothing than show you numbers you cannot check. On an intro call we can walk through reference builds and architecture decisions in detail; published case studies will appear here when clients have agreed to be named, with real figures and dates.
